HERE’S HOW IT WORKS…
The light energy gently heats the top layers of skin, accelerating collagen production. This new collagen firms and smooths skin texture, leaving you looking younger over the following months after treatment! It also targets the vessels that create spots such as freckles and sun spots. Let’s rewind a second for the full picture When you first sit down for the treatment, we will clean your skin and mark off any areas to avoid (such as moles & tattoos). Your skincare expert applies protective eyewear and a thin layer of ultrasound gel to the area being treated. We use adapters appropriate for the size and contours of the area we are treating. Your provider will then go over the entirety of your face 3 times with the laser.
Each pass of light has a purpose. The first two passes of light are low intensity and the base of the treatment, followed by the third pass which is higher in intensity and targets small visible vessels, pigmentation issues, and lesions. Finally, there is a pass of light we apply just to the lower half of the face that tightens the skin using a deeper level of heat that stimulates deep tissue for the best results. We will gently cleanse your skin once again, and follow up with moisture from our eye cream, serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen.
