The Halo Laser combines the benefits of non-ablative and ablative wavelengths to deliver precise results with a much easier and quicker healing experience than other resurfacing lasers on the market. The dual wavelengths unique to the Halo laser allow us to completely customize each patient’s treatment based on their skin’s unique needs and the desired downtime. Before you receive a Halo Laser procedure, your provider will thoroughly cleanse your skin and take VISIA pictures to identify potential treatment areas.

One-hour prior to treatment, we will apply a topical numbing cream to your skin. Once the hour has passed the numbing create is completely removed.

Based on your VISIA results, we will set your treatment parameters on the Halo machine to deliver the correct laser light for the best results.

After your skin is treated with the Halo Laser, we apply cool compresses using a zimmer and Avene cooling spray to reduce the heat.
Every client is unique in the way they respond to any cosmetic treatment. The vast majority of our clients are very satisfied the the results of a Halo treatment.
The Halo procedure includes 1 hour of numbing with topical lidocaine plus treatment time. The treatment time can vary depending on which area of the face and body you are treating. The client is numbed prior to the treatment so discomfort is minimal; however, you will feel heat immediately post for 1-2 hours, and normally after that there is no discomfort.
Patient selection is important and meeting with your provider for a consultation prior is a good idea. There may be some degree of swelling immediately post treatment.
